Participatory workshop at an empty shop unit at Morgan’s Arcade, for Artes Mundi to promote the Land Art exhibition “Uncommon ground” in National Museum Cardiff.

During the drop-in workshops participants were encouraged to think of words relating to their experience of visiting Morgan Arcade. They could make / shape these words with natural and recycled materials available and inspired by the Land Art exhibition. Once a word was made, this word was photographed and printed and then added to a growing word collection displayed on the walls. Over the course of the two days the words/phrases were slowly shaped into a collective Morgan Arcade poem.
